The procedure for acceptance of new members is defined below:
   1. Any Muslim living in North Texas is eligible to become a member of the ICI
   2. Applicant should not be a member of organization that is known to have enimity towards Islam
   3. Shurah Council may reject the application for membership at their discretion
   4. ICI membership application should be made available to qualified applicants.
   5. A copy of the membership application is attached in the appendix.
   6. Membership dues shall be established by the Shurah Council

Procedure for waiver of membership dues:    
   1. General members might submit application to the Shurah council for the waiver of their membership dues. A copy of the application form is attached in appendix.    
   2. The Shurah Council will consider the application fee waiver request and decide on it
